Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To open and maintain an Account with duet8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. duet8 applies a 21+ age threshold in line with the higher responsible gaming standard commonly adopted by premium international gaming operators serving the Indonesian market.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations may not register an Account.
• You must be the sole owner of the payment method used to deposit and withdraw funds.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, to the extent that such prohibition would render your participation unlawful.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of duet8, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was closed for breach of this Agreement, fraud, or misuse.

When registering an Account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are required to notify duet8 promptly of any changes to this information.

One Account per person. Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein. Real-money balances may be returned at duet8's discretion after a review period.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. duet8 will treat any action performed through your Account as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify duet8 support immediately. duet8 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

KYC verification. Before processing your first withdrawal — or at any time duet8 reasonably requests — you must complete our KYC verification process by submitting:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent); and
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

KYC documents are reviewed within one business day under normal conditions. Until KYC is complete, withdrawal requests may be held pending verification.

All transactions on the duet8 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following payment methods are supported:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. duet8 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you have requested an alternative and provided supporting KYC documentation. Standard withdrawal processing time is under three (3) minutes for fully verified Accounts; in exceptional cases involving compliance review, processing may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside your bank's operating window will be queued for the next available processing session.

Source of funds. By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is legitimately yours and is not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. duet8 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where suspicious activity is detected.

duet8 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP-tier rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members who have completed account registration and, where specified, identity verification.
• Each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times — including through multiple accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also known as a rollover or turnover requirement), which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit, as stated in the promotion) must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable requirement is stated clearly on each promotion's landing page.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots and togel markets typically contribute 100%; live casino table games, sports bets, and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) markets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• duet8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to apply reasonable terms to any bonus claim that appears to be abusive or made in bad faith.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account automatically.

Where a specific seasonal promotion references Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or the Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), the additional terms for that promotion will be published on the Platform at least 48 hours before the promotion period opens.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the duet8 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. duet8 will not reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of manifest technical error or event cancellation, as described below.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the integrity of a game round or sporting event odds, duet8 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to Members' Accounts. Decisions made in this regard are final.
• Sports bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 48 hours will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific sport's rules provide otherwise.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, the voiding of one selection will not necessarily void the entire bet — the wager will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections in accordance with the rules displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event apply and are displayed within the sportsbook and casino interfaces. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the applicable maximum.
• duet8 offers voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, live in-play betting, and virtual sports. Specific rules for each market type are available within the Platform's help section.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software audited by independent third parties. duet8 is not liable for the inherent variance of any game result.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the duet8 platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts on the Platform;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform, gain unfair advantage, or manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes — any winnings derived from an acknowledged error must be reported to duet8 immediately and are subject to void;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated wagering intended to defraud the Platform or other members;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's technology or content;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing duet8 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the duet8 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of duet8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any Platform content and does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform material without duet8's prior written consent.

duet8 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

In summary, duet8 collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, fulfil KYC obligations, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, duet8, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if duet8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, third-party payment provider delays, force majeure events, or circumstances outside duet8's reasonable control;
• Any decision to void a wager or suspend a market in accordance with the rules set out in Section 6 above;
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Where duet8's liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your Account balance at the time of the incident.

Nothing in this Agreement limits duet8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by our negligence.

duet8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify Members via a notice published on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, via email to the address registered to your Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which duet8 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and duet8, you must first contact our customer support team and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for duet8 to resolve the matter in good faith. If the dispute remains unresolved after that period, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration institution.

Nothing in this clause prevents duet8 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or financial interests.
